Amarone Classico Bertani 2007 accompanies the proposals of the chef Mauro Ricciardelli of Locanda Belvedere, Saludecio (Rimini), whose cuisine is characterized by local products from land and sea in tune with the seasons and healthy cooking, all part of the continuous search for taste euphoria. The chef's proposal is pork jowl from the Mora Romagnolo pig (Slow Food Presidium) with Upper Tiber Valley Smoked Vinsanto (Presidium), Cocomerina Pera (Presidium) and Caprauna Turnip (Presidium).
