Catullo is an authentic wine that returns to the historic Ripasso method, a traditional winemaking practice in Valpolicella, based on Bertani’s rigorous style: coherence with the great winemaking territory, commitment and the constant search for quality and excellence.

It is produced exclusively from native grapes, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, and the second fermentation, or “Ripasso”, takes place exclusively on Amarone Classico Bertani grape skins, to which it is inextricably linked: for every bottle of Amarone, we get a single bottle of Ripasso.

Catullo has become a fully-fledged Bertani icon, second only to Amarone Classico, and is destined to become one of Italy’s most prestigious wines.
