Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

Classification

Gentleness

A normal vintage yielded a large crop; selection necessary to reduce yield.

Tasting Notes

Concentrated, dark fruits on the nose here, cut by a bitter sage note. Tannins still in evidence. The fruit is quite light and elegant. Not the most complex but showing attractive flavours and plenty of substance on the finish. — MW Nick Jackson
