Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

Classification

Exuberance

Damp weather during September and October.

Tasting Notes

A quiet, gently orangey nose. Quite chunky fruit here still on the palate; young and concentrated. Lots of dark chocolate and still quite grippy tannins. Dense, powerful and a slight savoury bitterness on the piney finish. Cries out for meat or bitter dark chocolate. — MW Nick Jackson
