A mature, dusty nose with well-defined red fruits, rose petals and milk chocolate scents. A nice tartness and mild bitterness here creates a pleasant tension with the sweetness of the fruits. Easy does it; gentle, harmonious and classic. Light. All calm self-control here. — MW Nick Jackson

These wines are balanced, classically proportioned, showing grace, equanimity and poise. Usually they show more vibrancy than the gentle wines, but less flamboyance than the exuberant wines. These are closest to the Bertani house style.
