Classification
Gentleness
A hot, dry summer with a relatively small yield of concentrated berries.
Tasting Notes
A mellow nose and on the palate, smooth and velvety fruit: very non-aggressive. Relaxed, easy pleasure but still with plenty of energy and concentration. Lots of pleasure today but I would leave for ten years for the fruit to uncoil a little. The extended dark chocolate, fruity finish confirms considerable potential for further development. That doesn’t mean it’s not sumptuous today though! — MW Nick Jackson
