Gentleness
After a good summer, September was wet, but dry weather until mid-October allowed a good harvest.
Tasting Notes
Gentle complexity on the nose: cedary, spicy, rewarding. A cool, sapid palate with particularly pure fruit. This is very Bertani style: unforced, expressive, elegant. A pure finish. So easy to drink in a lighter mode: a gorgeous table wine. Just lacks a little concentration and length to be from a really good vintage. — MW Nick Jackson
