Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

Classification

Gentleness

A normal vintage.

Tasting Notes

A mature nose of old books – rather old fashioned. Warm, supple-fruited palate. Attractive, easy, not the most complex but very pure Bertani with just a touch of umami to remind us this is still Amarone. Loose knit. Lingering sweet perfume. Very enjoyable with a cigar! — MW Nick Jackson
