Tasting Notes
Complex, harmonious nose with a touch of cognac and cinnamon. So much warm spice and almonds on the palate! Rich, still tannic, but gorgeously balanced. I believe all the elements are here for real greatness. Rose petals. Supreme, cool, understatement; but make no mistake, this IS a statement. Staggering depth of flavour and huge retronasal perfume as well as supple, joyful fruit all so piercingly delineated. One for the ages and one of the greats. — MW Nick Jackson
