Harmony
A very dry July was followed by healthy amounts of rain in August and September.
Tasting Notes
A young, fabulous nose of tart red fruits and warm spices with a Burgundy-like purity in the aromas of small red berries. A warm embrace of a palate, soft and giving but with fabulous animating acidity. Such a complete wine albeit young. Just the beginnings of some mushroomy development. Still some chalky tannins to resolve but the whole package is quite irresistible. Gorgeously done in an elegant, fragrant style but with good concentration. A great example of the Bertani style. — MW Nick Jackson

Style
Harmony
These wines are balanced, classically proportioned, showing grace, equanimity and poise. Usually they show more vibrancy than the gentle wines, but less flamboyance than the exuberant wines. These are closest to the Bertani house style.
