dal 1857
Classification
Harmony
Hot temperatures in late summer made for an early harvest.
Tasting Notes
Somewhat restrained on the nose; young and a touch meaty. Slightly angular in terms of tannins with slightly abrupt fruit. Leave it for 10 years to settle down; very teenage at present. Firm tannins need to soften. But excellent complexity of flavour after an hour in the glass. One for purists and fantastic with food. A dry style. — MW Nick Jackson

Style
Harmony
These wines are balanced, classically proportioned, showing grace, equanimity and poise. Usually they show more vibrancy than the gentle wines, but less flamboyance than the exuberant wines. These are closest to the Bertani house style.
