  1. PERSONAL DATA DEFINITION

Personal Data” is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, in this case, you browsing the Website (“Data”).

The Data Controller may process the following Data:

The Data Controller will process your Data to carry out activities concerning the management and administration of the Website. The Data Controller will process your Data should it be necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations or provisions of public authorities, under Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c), GDPR., i.e., compliance with a legal obligation.

For this purpose, the provision of Data is mandatory. If you fail to provide the Data, the Data Controller will not be able to guarantee you the navigation of the Website, as well as the satisfaction of your requests..

4.3 Defense of rights

The Data Controller may process your Data to assert and defend its rights. If necessary, processing will be based on the condition of lawfulness referred to in Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f), GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller.

  1. APPLICABLE RETENTION PERIODS

As a principle, the Data Controller is committed to ensure that your Data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing.

The retention period for Data collected indirectly by the Controller via cookies is listed within the appropriate Cookie Policy.

For each of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 4 you might find here below information about the retention period provided for by the Data Controller:

  • Management of the Website: your Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the management and optimization activities of the Website;
  • Fulfillment of a legal obligation/Defense of one's rights: your Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to comply with any legal or regulatory obligations incumbent on the Controller and/or necessary for the defense of rights in court;
