Valpolicella Classica, Tenuta Novare in Arbizzano di Negrar, from the Ognisanti vineyard, with western exposure, composed of eight terraces with a total of 2.92 hectares positioned above the Ognisanti church.
Aging of wine
In French oak barrels for one year.
Bottle-aging
At least six months.
Tasting notes
Intense, concentrated ruby-red color, rich aromatic array on the nose with notes of fresh red fruit, spices. Palate voluminous and well-balanced with acidity, long and satisfying, with biting tannins and a savory finish.
