Production method
Natural drying of the fruit in the Grezzana winery. Fermentation is interrupted when sugar residue is at 120 gr/l.
Aging of wine
In cherry wood barrels for about 12 months.
Bottle-aging
Six months.
Tasting notes
A meditation wine. Red-garnet color with aromas of wild berry jam, hints of tobacco, chocolate and licorice. Soft and substantial on the palate with a very spicy finish.
